Beverly Drive-In Theatre
The Beverly Drive-In Theatre opened on May 29, 1948, and ran until 1987. It reopened in 2001 and showed films until Hurricane Katrina damaged it in 2005; it never reopened.
The Beverly was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2008. A fire destroyed what was left in 2010, and the site is now the Village at the Beverly apartments.
